【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidancefororganizationsintheapplicationofISO9001:2000totheacquisition,supply,development,operationandmaintenanceofcomputersoftwareandrelatedsupportservices.ItdoesnotaddtoorotherwisechangetherequirementsofISO9001:2000.AnnexA(informative)providesatablepointingtoadditionalguidanceintheimplementationofISO9001:2000availableinISO/IECJTC1/SC7andISO/TC176standards.TheguidelinesprovidedinthisInternationalStandardarenotintendedtobeusedasassessmentcriteriainqualitymanagementsystemregistration/certification.TheapplicationofthisInternationalStandardisappropriatetosoftwarethatis—partofacommercialcontractwithanotherorganization,—aproductavailableforamarketsector,—usedtosupporttheprocessesofanorganization,—embeddedinahardwareproduct,or—relatedtosoftwareservices.Someorganizationsmaybeinvolvedinalloftheaboveactivities;othersmayspecializeinonearea.Whateverthesituation,theorganization’squalitymanagementsystemshouldcoverallaspects(softwarerelatedandnonsoftwarerelated)ofthebusiness.
