【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62271mainlyappliestoa.c.circuit-breakerswithinthescopeofIEC62271-100.Itprovidesthegeneralrulesfortestinga.c.circuit-breakers,formakingandbreakingcapacitiesovertherangeoftestdutiesdescribedin6.102to6.111ofIEC62271-100,bysyntheticmethods.NOTECircuitsforthetestdutiesdescribedin6.111havenotyetbeenstandardized.However,presentmethodsaregiveninAnnexG.Ithasbeenproventhatsynthetictestingisaneconomicalandtechnicallycorrectwaytotesthigh-voltagea.c.circuit-breakersaccordingtotherequirementsofIEC62271-100andthatitisequivalenttodirecttesting.Themethodsandtechniquesdescribedarethoseingeneraluse.Thepurposeofthisstandardistoestablishcriteriaforsynthetictestingandfortheproperevaluationofresults.Suchcriteriawillestablishthevalidityofthetestmethodwithoutimposingrestraintsoninnovationoftestcircuitry.
