【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectriccleaningappliancesforhouseholdusethatareintendedforcleaningsurfacessuchaswindows,wallsandemptyswimmingpoolsbyusingliquidcleansingagentsorsteam,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.Italsocoverswallpaperstrippers.NOTE101Appliancesmayincorporateheatingelementsormeansforpressurisingtheliquidcontainer.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyappliancesthatareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount–persons(includingchildren)whose?physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or?lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;–childrenplayingwiththeappliance.NOTE102Attentionisdrawntothefactthat–forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;–inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,andsimilarauthorities.NOTE103Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto–floortreatmentandwetscrubbingmachines(IEC60335-2-10);–cleaningappliancesthatarepermanentlyfixedtoabuilding;–cleaningappliancescoveredbyIEC60335-2-79,namelythosehavinga?pressureexceeding2,5MPa;?pressurisedvolumeover5l;?productofpressure(inMPa)andcontainervolume(inl)exceeding5;?liquidtemperatureexceeding160°C;?ratedpowerinputexceeding3500W;–cleaningappliancesintendedforcommercialorindustrialuse;–appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);–fabricsteamers(IEC60335-2-85).
