【摘要】:ThisEuropeanstandardcoversprobesusedforultrasonicnon-destructiveexaminationinthefollowingcategorieswithcentrefrequenciesintherange0,5MHzto15MHz,focusingandwithoutfocusingmeans:a)singleordualtransducercontactprobesgeneratingcompressionalorshearwaves;b)immersionprobes.Wherematerialdependentultrasonicvaluesarespecifiedinthisstandardtheyarebasedonsteelshavinganultrasonicsoundvelocityof(5920±50)m/sforlongitudinalwaves,and(3255±30)m/sfortransversewaves.Periodictestsforprobesarenotincludedinthisstandard.Routinetestsfortheverificationofprobesusingon-sitemethodsaregiveninEN12668-3.IfparametersinadditiontothosespecifiedinEN12668-3aretobeverifiedduringtheprobe'slifetime,asagreeduponbythecontractingparties,themethodsofverificationfortheseadditionalparametersshouldbeselectedfromthosegiveninthisstandard.TherequirementsofEN12668-2:2001donotapplytospecialultrasonicthicknessmeasuringprobes.
